  I am a middle-aged Mom from Missouri.  I have three children: Jackson (8), Emma (6) and Lillianne (3).  I am married to Brent Teichman, my high school crush, if not exactly sweetheart, and dear best friend.  We live in a small town that is positioned exactly between our childhood homes.  Family is near and family is far as some have scattered.  Parenting is a challenge, handled exclusively through the use of humor and togetherness.  I blog to survive and to make new, thoughtful friends.   I also blog to change the world, but that is done here.
